Spicy Summer Pasta Salad

  • 1 (12 oz) pkg Della Terra Rigatoni Pasta

    3/4 cup Dianne's Hatch Valley Green Chili Sauce and Salad Dressing

    1/2 cup Dianne's legendary Italian Salad Dressing

    1 pint Fresh Grape Tomatoes, Medium Dice

    8 oz Pearl Mozzarella

    1 Clove Garlic, Fine Mince

  • Step 1Cook the pasta according to package directions.

    Step 2Drain, do not rinse.

    Step 3In a large mixing bowl add the dressings and tomatoes to the hot pasta, tossing evenly.

    Step 4Refrigerate, allowing the product to cool completely, add mozzarella and toss in gently.
