½ pound JC Potter Sage Flavored Sausage – browned
½ cup each diced red pepper and onion
½ cup Braum’s shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
Step 1Sauté red pepper and onion in olive oil.
Step 2Add the browned sausage.
Step 3Whisk the eggs, and add to the sausage, pepper and onion mixture.
Step 4Transfer to a greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet and top with the cheese.
Step 5Bake in a 350 oven until set, and serve immediately.
