Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is great, but even better with the flavors of apple and cinnamon.

  1. 8 slices Braums cinnamon bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
  3. 1/2 cup raisins
  4. 4 Hansens eggs
  5. 2 cups Hiland Whole Milk
  6. 1/4 cup Hiland Unsalted Butter, melted
  7. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  8. 1 tablespoon Roark Acres Honey
  9. 1/2 teaspoon Griffins Vanilla
  10. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  11. 2 tablespoons Prairie Wolf Spirits Dark Coffee Liqueur
  12. 1/4 cup Hiland Unsalted Butter
  13. 2 cups powdered sugar
  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place cubed bread in a slow cooker.
  3. Sprinkle bread cubes with chopped apple and raisins.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk melted butter, sugar, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread.
  5. Cover and cook for 3 hours. Bread pudding is done when a wooden pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  6. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan removed from heat, add Prairie Wolf Spirits dark coffee liqueur and stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
