Loaded Crispy Bacon Mashed Potatoes
3 lbs. Russet potatoes peeled, large dice
2 cups Hiland Sour Cream
1/2 stick Hiland Salted Butter
1/2 cup Hiland Cream
10 slices Bar-S bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/16 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1Cover the diced potatoes in water and bring to boil, cooking until tender for mashing.
Step 2Add sour cream, butter, cream, and nutmeg and mash until smooth.
Step 3Add the crumbled bacon and serve.
