Ingredients
- 1 cup Scissortail Farms Spinach, packed
- 1 – 8oz package J-M Sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 6 slices Bar-S Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup shredded Lovera’s Caciovera Cheese
- 1– 9inch deep dish prepared pie crust
- 5 Equally Yolked Eggs
- 3/4 cup Hiland Milk
- 1/4 cup chopped Scissortail Farms Parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Creek Farms All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Creek Farms Dried Basil
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, bacon and feta. Spread in pie crust. Top with half of the cheeses.
- Whisk eggs, milk, parsley, garlic, Pepper Creek seasoning and basil in a bowl. Pour egg mixture evenly over filling. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly puffed and browned, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
