At Doughboyz, we hand-craft our pizza dough with our family recipe in Depew, OK. We sell this pizza dough and pizza-related products to restaurants, grocery stores, and many other businesses all around Oklahoma and the surrounding states. Besides the high-quality product, what sets DoughBoyz apart from its competitors is that we offer new customers the option of leasing pizza equipment instead of buying. This allows business owners to add pizza to their existing store with limited capital investment.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality pizza product on the market and to meet the needs of our customers. We are a small, family company. As such, we strive to keep our customers happy and their stores profitable. We do not make money unless you do!

Chef Chris Becker founded Della Terra Pasta in 2011 to take his passion for fine food and delicious pasta and make this readily available to enjoy at home. As a result, his artisan
handmade pasta is available at local farmers markets, boutique shops and food markets. Della Terra is also served in fine restaurants around the country.
Della Terra was inspired by the Great Plains of the American Midwest, meaning “of the earth”. Our artisan pasta is made with Durum Wheat Semolina as well as other select specialty
varieties such as Spelt or Khorasan wheat. It is here, in the Great Plains, that some of America’s best wheat is grown. Quality wheat forms the foundation for exceptional pasta. Della Terra is
committed to sourcing high quality ingredients for our pasta.
About our process, all of our pasta is prepared in small batches start to finish. First the wheat is well kneaded in small batches to fully develop the dough. Then drawn through bronze dies to
create a porous and coarse sauce-gripping surface. Finally, slow dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavor of the wheat. These defining characteristics create pasta with a
wonderful al dente bite, enjoyable texture and pleasant aroma.
Della Terra produces a full line of both retail and foodservice pasta.
Deep Fork Foods is a veteran and family owned company started in 2014. Located in the beautiful state of Oklahoma, we are a National and International multi-award winning condiment and snack company. We got our start in the snack industry with our signature Pecan Kettle Crunch. Utilizing nuts from our own pecan groves and locally sourced nuts, we found a following at festivals and events throughout Oklahoma. Our brand quickly grew to include sweet and spicy snacks and treats of all types. In 2021 our Jalapeno Pecan Crunch won the highest honor at the Scovie Awards topping the flavor scales over 800 International other products. As we have grown, Deep Fork Foods has started bringing their award winning Jumpin’ Jack’s, Karamella Toffee, and Deep Fork Pecans Brands to stores and boutiques across the country. We have opened a small production facility to help other companies explore their own possibilities in the food world and specialize in small-batch and hand crafted production.
Daddy Hinkle’s is built upon and dedicated to the story of J. Frank Hinkle. The company’s history began with the dreams and the work of his grandchildren. It will continue with his
great-grandchildren, and hopefully with his great-great-grandchildren and beyond.
As an oilman, Daddy Hinkle entertained a lot of people in restaurants and especially at his lake home in Decatur, Illinois. He loved a good T-bone steak. His wife, Zula, who later would be
known as Mamaw to everyone, “doctored up” the steaks with a combination of garlic salt, tenderizer, celery salt, paprika, seasoned salt, pepper and everything else she could find in the
kitchen cabinet.
Whatever the combination of seasonings, the steaks proved to be irresistible to one and all of the parade of guests, family, and business associates that dined at Daddy Hinkle’s table
throughout his lifetime Today the marinades, seasonings, and rubs baring the name Daddy Hinkle’s are sold in an ever-increasing number of states throughout the USA. In December of
1994 we sold 9 cases of Daddy Hinkle’s Marinade to our first customer.
David Hinkle Southard, Daddy Hinkle’s grandson now heads up the company. He continues in the traditions of Daddy Hinkle and brings to each of our customers the same care his
grandfather gave his. He hopes that Daddy Hinkle’s Marinades will become a family tradition someday in every home in America.
We think Daddy Hinkle would like that.

At Chisholm Trail Milling, we are loyal to the soil. We are loyal to the belief that flour is a key ingredient and that flavor begins in that soil. Oklahoma farmers grow some of the best wheat in the world. Chisholm Trail Milling has deep roots in Oklahoma’s soil and farming traditions. Learn about our journey and connect to where it all begins.
We work directly with the Wheat Improvement Team at Oklahoma State University, the Oklahoma Wheat Commission, and the Oklahoma Wheat Grower’s Association to develop public wheat varieties because we are passionate about value and flavor.
All our wheat is dryland farmed and grown for flavor, not just yield. It is then slowly milled between two natural granite stones, which crush the wheat into an extremely fine flour that is healthy, digestible, and delicious. Our flour is freshly milled to order and all the parts of the wheat berry are preserved. This is the way our ancestors made flour and exactly how we make flour today. We provide this specialty flour primarily to grocery retailers, bakeries and the foodservice industry, but also sell direct to consumers.
Always remember, “What you bake can only be as good as your main ingredient.”
