Founded in 1952 by Richard J. Clements and his son Richard H. Clements, Clements Foods has earned a reputation as a multi-category manufacturer of premium quality branded and private label food products with competitive pricing and excellent customer services. Our Jams, Jellies, Preserves, Sauces, Syrups, Mustards, Vinegar, Mayonnaise, Spoonable and Pourable Dressings, and Peanut Butter are sold under our “Garden Club” label and private label in all 50 states and 22 countries.

Clements Foods is well-positioned financially to maintain consistent growth with ongoing upgrades and improvements in processing and packaging that have made us one of the most modern and efficient food manufacturers in the nation.

Chisholm Trail Milling

At Chisholm Trail Milling, we are loyal to the soil. We are loyal to the belief that flour is a key ingredient and that flavor begins in that soil. Oklahoma farmers grow some of the best wheat in the world. Chisholm Trail Milling has deep roots in Oklahoma’s soil and farming traditions. Learn about our journey and connect to where it all begins.

We work directly with the Wheat Improvement Team at Oklahoma State University, the Oklahoma Wheat Commission, and the Oklahoma Wheat Grower’s Association to develop public wheat varieties because we are passionate about value and flavor.

All our wheat is dryland farmed and grown for flavor, not just yield. It is then slowly milled between two natural granite stones, which crush the wheat into an extremely fine flour that is healthy, digestible, and delicious. Our flour is freshly milled to order and all the parts of the wheat berry are preserved. This is the way our ancestors made flour and exactly how we make flour today. We provide this specialty flour primarily to grocery retailers, bakeries and the foodservice industry, but also sell direct to consumers.

Always remember, “What you bake can only be as good as your main ingredient.”

Cheatwood’s Honey

Cheatwood’s originated in Maud, OK, when Bud and Hazel Cheatwood began processing locally grown pure clover leaf pollinated honey. In the late 1970’s the Cheatwood’s brand went statewide through the efforts of Don “BEAR” Price who spent 9 years pioneering the brand in the state of Oklahoma. Later, the production facilities were moved to Holdenville, OK. Cheatwood’s Honey was acquired by the Holman family in 1991 and production facilities are now based in Sapulpa, OK. Today, Cheatwood’s Honey is still made from the finest 100% USDA Grade-A American table honey made from pure clover leaf honey. Our honey is pure so and we never add anything. We also NEVER use foreign honey. Our uncompromising pursuit for the highest quality honey is the secret to Cheatwood’s light-colored, mild flavor and why our honey is the best compliment to many food and drink items.

The story of Bedré Fine Chocolate began over four decades ago. A small chocolatier operating out of the former Homer Elementary School near Ada, Oklahoma, Bedré Fine Chocolate was
determined to make the highest quality chocolate. This attitude is exemplified by our ancient traditions and modern flavor.

Bedré Fine Chocolate remained a local staple, and in 2000, the Chickasaw Nation purchased the company and gave it new life. Building on a rich legacy and love of curating the bold and
delicate flavors of chocolate, the Chickasaw Nation turned the small chocolatier into a nationally recognized luxury chocolate brand. Having upgraded our manufacturing facilities with
state-of-the-art technology and practices, Bedré Fine Chocolate has set the standard for premium quality chocolate.

Our recipes are tried and true and reflect the time-honored tradition of the Native American peoples who first cultivated this divine delicacy. Now, as the only Native American tribe to create
its own brand of fine chocolate, we take great pride in our products and instill our cultural passion into every delicious morsel. Given our strong ties to our culture and community, we
make an effort to give back to the land and people who support us.

Bedré Fine Chocolate enjoys contributing to educational, health and wellness programs and also supports the endeavors of a number of philanthropic organizations within the Chickasaw
Nation.
