NEFF Brewing is a family owned business, founded by father & son team, Jon & Jonathan Neff. Their brewing venture began when Jonathan was diagnosed with celiacs disease in 2012. After he was told that he could no longer drink “regular” beer without having an allergic reaction, Jonathan began his search for quality, craft, gluten-free beer. Disappointed with what was available in the market, Jonathan utilized his background in chemistry & engineering and began his adventure into homebrewing gluten-free beers.
After years of recipe formulation and research on how to make a truly gluten free beer that everyone could enjoy (even “regular” craft beer drinkers), countless trials & errors, and LOTS of taste testing Jonathan decided it was time for a change in career path. Abandoning his graduate degree at Cornell University and his career as a laboratory chemist, Jonathan left school, moved back to Tulsa and NEFF Brewing was formed.
Since opening in 2018 NEFF Brewing has won awards for both it’s beer and it’s food, both judged against a gluten-full competition. NEFF Brewing crafts beers which are naturally gluten-free, specializing in brewing with new types of artisan malts of millet, buckwheat, rice, & quinoa, creating delicious beers that are “Brewed For Everyone.

We earned our nickname as “Home of the Famous Hot Link” for good reason! Mt Fork Brewing Co LLC was established in 2015 here in Hochatown, Oklahoma, and is owned by CKM Investments. CKM Investments is owned by Chuck Wilson, Keith Shearer, and Mark McDaniel and is involved in land development in the area.
Originally located a couple of doors down in the same shopping center, they quickly realized that the popularity of their beer had quickly outgrown their brewery. So, they began construction on a new brewery next door and upgraded from a 2-barrel system to a 20-barrel system and paired that with five 40-barrel fermenters and one 60-barrel fermenter. The sec
ond production facility began operations in 2018 and was built with an attached restaurant focusing on hand-tossed brick oven pizzas, and freshly
ground burgers, but also includes salads, sandwiches, and various fried appetizers. To please the ever-increasing tourism in the area we also offer local wines and spirits. Including Knotted Rope, the winery that took over the old brewery location utilizing most of the old equipment, and Hochatown Distillery located across the parking lot.
We have since grown to produce just under 2000 barrels a year with plenty of space to grow more. We have won 14 medals at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Awards in their 2 years of competition (2020 & 2022, not held in 2021 due to Covid). This year we have begun to enter nationwide competitions and hope to add to our collection.
Our saying is “From a good source comes good beer” because we source our water from the pristine Mountain Fork River. Our goal is to produce easy drinking creatively crafted beer with you in mind as we try to produce excellent representations of beer styles being true to the style guidelines.
We have a core of nine beers. Our flagship beer is the Sneaky Snake, which is a Belgian Golden Ale. We also have a limited release of a variant called Black Label Sneaky Snake which is everything the Sneaky Snake is but just a little more. Other beers include: Mountain Fork Light, Three Rivers Blonde Ale, The Rooster (a Mexican-style ale), Timber Creek Amber Ale, Hochawizen Wheat Ale (a hefeweizen), Gentleman Jackalope Hazy Indian Pale Ale, Crumpet English Brown Ale, and MFB 9.0 American Stout. The bar has 20 taps including seasonals and limited releases not found anywhere but the brewery.

Our candies are made by human hands over large pieces of equipment to further support local employment and we use simple ingredients, over ingredient names you can’t pronounce. Margarita Man was founded as a frozen beverage manufacturing company and margarita machine rental company in San Antonio, Texas in 1984. Doug Henderson and Jeremy Freeman purchased Margarita Man in 2019 after using Margarita Man mixes with their Stillwater-based business, Cowboy Freeze Frozen Drink Machine Rentals. They moved Margarita Man Headquarters to Stillwater, Oklahoma in April of 2020.
Margarita Man manufactures all thirty of our premium flavors using pure cane sugar. We use real fruit purée in our fruit-based flavors, and organic flavorings go into many of our top-selling flavors such as Margarita, Strawberry, Frosé, Summertime Lemonade, Hurricane, and Strawberry-Banana. Our concentrated syrups can be mixed with tequila to make margaritas, rum to make daiquiris, vodka, whiskey, or bourbon for other delicious specialty drinks, or without alcohol to make slushies that are perfect for kids. One half-gallon of our concentrated mix makes between 3.5 – 5 gallons of finished product when mixed with water and alcohol (if desired).
There are several Margarita Man licensees around the United States who use our products and rent machines under the trademarked Margarita Man name. Margarita Man sells direct to consumers via our website, margaritaman.com, and we sell B2B at discounted wholesale pricing to bars, restaurants, and liquor stores in all fifty states. We also sell to beverage distributors in several states, making it easy for business owners to get our products from their favorite local distributor.
All thirty of our flavors are manufactured right here in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our team of wonderful Margarita Man employees is steadily growing, helping us keep up with demand and offer quick shipping turnaround times regardless of order size. Our products are packaged in cases of six bottles, and we ship orders as small as one bottle, as large as multiple truckloads filled with pallets of mix, and everything in between.
