This starts with selection of the finest ingredients available, locally sourced when possible — we never sacrifice quality to cut cost. Utilizing premium ingredients, each menu item is scratch-made, following our original recipes. Much of what we produce is done the hard way; modern shortcuts and conveniences are not our way. There has never been a microwave at Savoy.
