Waterfront Grill

The Waterfront Grill was conceived and is operated by the same local Oklahoma family that brought you the award winning Los Cabos Mexican Grill and Cantina back in 2005. The Blacketer family has always believed in using the freshest and best quality ingredients to inspire their dishes. The Waterfront Grill was opened in the fall of 2011 and has been so well received. It was named the “Hottest New Concept in 2012” by the Oklahoma Restaurant Association. The Blacketer family has always wanted to bring a big-city feeling restaurant to Tulsa, Oklahoma and they have succeeded.

The menu is the creation of Chef Jimmy Blacketer. He traveled all over the country for a year and a half researching new and exciting dishes that he could put his spin on and add to the Waterfront Grill. The first thing that was important to the Blacketer family was to create a diverse seafood menu that would showcase the great seafood found all over the country.
