In 2023, Happy Plate Concepts met with Bakery Chef Ross Lamkin at a dining room table. With a tray of rosemary scones, a cookie bonanza, and the fluffiest jalapeno cheddar biscuits you’ve ever seen, Chef Ross had them at first bite. Happy Plate knew they had found the final ingredient for a future in baking.
Chef Ross’ wealth of experience- including eight years of pastry work on Martha’s Vineyard – has given him an extensive knowledge of all things baking. His dedication to the process and attention to detail is evident in all that he creates. While he aims for perfection, Chef Ross values the subtle quirks that serve as reminders that each pastry is homemade.
