Michael V’s Restaurant and Bar

The restaurant features classical American cuisine with all desserts baked fresh by Michael. Entrees include the classical “Oscar” dishes with veal, chicken, salmon and beef tenderloin, beef Wellington, seafood, pasta combinations, and a lighter fare of sandwiches and salads.

The Fiber Optic Bar offers an assortment of fine wines, mixed cocktails and draft and bottled beers. Private banquet rooms are available for special occasions and group meetings. Michael V’s is open Monday through Friday for lunch and Monday through Saturday for dinner.
