About Us

If you haven’t heard yet, there’s a new restaurant in the Uptown 23rd District called Guyutes, and we’re serving up a gourmet menu from lunch to late night in a laid back atmosphere. Named after the Phish song, Guyute, the restaurant offers elevated street food made with local ingredients. The kitchen is open until 1:30 a.m. with menu items such as Gimme the Beat hummus, The Disco Biscuit, The Return of the Mac burger, Tequila Sunfryz and The Walfredo Pizza.

Guyutes owners Wayne Perotka and Jarrod Friedel were both born and raised in Oklahoma, and are passionate about keeping it local.
