  1. 1 cup Scissortail Farms Spinach, packed
  2. 1 – 8oz package J-M Sliced Mushrooms
  3. 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  4. 6 slices Bar-S Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  5. 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  6. 1/3 cup shredded Lovera’s Caciovera Cheese
  7. 1– 9inch deep dish prepared pie crust
  8. 5 Equally Yolked Eggs
  9. 3/4 cup Hiland Milk
  10. 1/4 cup chopped Scissortail Farms Parsley
  11. 1 clove garlic, minced
  12. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Creek Farms All-Purpose Seasoning
  13. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Creek Farms Dried Basil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, bacon and feta. Spread in pie crust. Top with half of the cheeses.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, parsley, garlic, Pepper Creek seasoning and basil in a bowl. Pour egg mixture evenly over filling. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly puffed and browned, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
