Vero Italiano

Vero Italiano is a family-owned business founded in July 2023. Thanks to Oklahoma’s Food Freedom Act, we began operations from our home kitchen, selling our Sicilian sauces and condiments at farmers’ markets as well as in retail placements in farm hubs across the state. We have now expanded our operation to a commercial kitchen and travel to events across the nation.

At Vero Italiano, authenticity and quality are our cornerstones. We use time-honored family recipes to create our delectable and truly Italian cuisine. Our products are crafted in small batches to ensure freshness and exceptional taste.

• Tutto Tuffo (Italian BBQ Sauce, sweet with a red pepper kick, for everything from meats, fish & chicken to veggies and appetizers.)
• Miscela dello Chef (Chef’s Blend dry seasoning, a great way to spice up everything you cook!)
• Garlic-Infused Olive Oil (100% Italian olive oil infused with fresh garlic, smoke-point of 480F so excellent for cooking, refined with heat, free from additives or chemicals, with a delightfully light flavor)
• Cuns’a ‘nsalata (Salad Dressing for us, “fix the salad” for Sicilians. Not just for veggies, it makes a wonderful meat marinade as well as a pasta salad or sandwich dressing).
