Iron Monk Brewing Company

Iron Monk Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Oklahoma State University alumni Dave Monks and Jerod Millirons, united by a shared passion for craft beer and a vision to create something uniquely Oklahoman. Located in the heart of Stillwater, Iron Monk became the first craft brewery in the city, quickly gaining a loyal following through quality beer, community involvement, and local pride.

From humble beginnings in home brewing, Iron Monk has grown into a statewide brand, known for crafting award-winning beers that reflect the spirit and resilience of Oklahoma. Our core lineup includes favorites like Stilly Wheat and 1890 Original—a beer brewed in collaboration with Oklahoma State University and recognized as the official craft beer of OSU Athletics.

Beyond brewing, Iron Monk is a hub of community activity. Our taproom hosts weekly events including trivia, live music, and brewery tours, fostering a welcoming space for both locals and visitors. We partner with local artists, restaurants, and businesses to keep our roots firmly planted in Stillwater’s culture.
