American Heritage Beef Co. is a fully vertically integrated ranching, processing, and retail operation based in Nowata, Oklahoma. Built on a true “Ranch Gate to Dinner Plate” model, we proudly own and operate every step of the process — from raising livestock on our family ranch to harvesting, processing, and selling directly to consumers.

Owned and operated by Shane and Sherri Goemmer, whose families bring nearly a century of combined ranching experience, our mission is rooted in transparency, quality, and supporting Oklahoma agriculture.

What sets us apart:

• Ranch Ownership (Nowata, OK): Our cattle are 100% USA-raised, grass-fed and grain-finished, and raised using low-stress handling practices.
• Processing Facility (Nowata, OK): We own and operate a USDA-inspected facility where we harvest and process beef, bison, sheep, and goat for both our brand and regional producers.
• Retail & Community Hub (Bartlesville, OK): We also own Market in the Ville, an indoor farmers market that serves as a year-round retail space featuring our products alongside other Oklahoma-made goods.

Beyond production, we are passionate about connecting consumers to their food. We host monthly educational events and cooking demonstrations to showcase Oklahoma-grown proteins and build community around local agriculture.
