Located in Ponca City, OK, Log10®,LLC was foundedin 2013 by Siobhan Reilly, PhD. Our core science is food microbiology, and our name reflects the way microbe numbers are expressed (i.e., log base 10).
We began our operations developing probiotic formulations with anti-pathogenic properties focusing on the elimination of Salmonella in pet food and pet food environments. Over the ensuing years,we have continued to expand and create new formulations targeting other foodborne pathogens such as Listeria and E. coliO157:H7.Our facility has grown to include our own in-house fermentation facility that producesboth wet & dry Pre-Liminate™probiotic formulas used for pathogen elimination on processing equipment, in facility environments and in all types of food productsas well as onfruits and vegetables.
With the addition of our ISO 17025 accredited, biosafety level II (BSL2) laboratory facility in 2014, Log10®has developed into a full-service food safety and food quality provider for the human food, pet food, animal feed and agricultural industries.
