1 1/4 cups Shawnee Mills All-Purpose Flour

¾ cup quick-cooking oats

½ cup Trucker Treats Cinnamon Toast Pretzels

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup Hiland  Butter, melted

2 teaspoons Griffin Foods Vanilla

1 cup Southern Roots Sisters Strawberry Lemonade Jam

2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, pretzels, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add butter and vanilla; stir until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup
  2. Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Spread preserves over crust. Sprinkle fresh strawberries over preserves. Combine coconut and reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle this mixture over the strawberries.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until coconut is lightly browned, 25-30 minutes. Cool.
