Plum Perfect Dipping Sauce

This dipping sauce is great with Mountain View Meat Company sausages. It also works as a marinade for beef and pork dishes.

  1. 1 jar Garden Club Plum Jam
  2. 1 tablespoon Garden Club Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  4. 3 tablespoons Daddy Hinkles Instant Meat Marinade
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve with Mountain View Meat Company sausages.
