Field’s Pie with Chocolate Coffee Sauce

  1. 1 Field’s Pecan Pie
  2. 1 cup Griffin
  3. 4 ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate Pieces
  4. 2 tablespoons Prairie Wolf Dark Coffee Liquor
  5. 1 teaspoons Griffin
  1. Melt chocolate pieces in syrup over a double boiler on low heat.
  2. Add Kaluha and the vanilla extract, and heat until shiny and smooth.
  3. Spoon over Field’s Pecan Pie and top with whipped cream.
