Shrimp Roll-Ups

An adapted recipe by Kitchen Kimberley
  • 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick Hiland Butter, softened
  • 1 can (4 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 t hot sauce (more or less to taste)
  • 1 t fresh lemon juice
  • 1 t Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 4 large (burrito size) flour tortillas

Instructions

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and butter.  Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine well.  Spread approximately ¼ cup of shrimp mixture on each tortilla.  Roll tortillas tightly, jellyroll style.  Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1hour or overnight.  Just before serving, remove plastic wrap, and slice rolls into ½-inch pieces.  Arrange on serving platter, enjoy!
