Schwab's Kabobs
An Adapted Recipe by Kitchen Kimberley
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Schwab’s Beef Hot Links
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 whole JM Farms button mushrooms
- 12 (1-inch long) pieces of green onion
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp Head Country Championship seasoning
Instructions
Place vegetables into a large zip-top bag; add olive oil and Head Country Championship seasoning. Zip the bag closed, and toss vegetables to coat evenly with seasoning mixture. Set aside to marinate while preparing hot links. Slice links into ¼-inch thick pieces, on the diagonal.
Divide ingredients evenly among 4 skewers. Grill or broil about 5 inches from heat, until vegetables are done, about 5 minutes. (Tip: Turn the kabobs frequently for even cooking.)
Kitchen Kimberley’s Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak them in cool water for at least 30 minutes to avoid burning on the grill. Personally, I prefer to use metal skewers, which can be found at any kitchen supply store.
