Schwab's Chili Casserole
An Original Recipe by Chef Kurt Fleischfresser
- 1 lb. Schwab’s Back Home Brick Chili
- 1 10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 lb. dried fussily pasta, cooked and rinsed in cool water
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Braum’s Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Heat chili with ½ cup water to soften. Fold together chili, pasta, and cheese. Place in greased casserole dish, and top with breadcrumbs. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15-20 until golden brown on top.
