Sausage Gravy

- 1 pkg. Shawnee Mills Biscuit Mix
- 1 pkg. JC Potter Sausage
- 3 T flour
- 2 C Farm Fresh Milk
- 1 jar Garden Club Preserves
Instructions
We often forget how easy some of the old classics are. Old fashion biscuits and sausage gravy are a good example. You can make scratch biscuits using Shawnee Mills flour or use one of their quality mixes. For the sausage gravy, brown 1 pound of J.C. Potter sausage. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the sausage, and cook until the flour is slightly brown. Add 2 cups of milk (any kind from skim to whole milk), and cook for a few minutes stirring constantly. My preference is to serve one biscuit with the gravy and the other with some Garden Club Preserves.
