Salad Entree with Pineapple Vinaigrette

- Fast Classics Flame Roasted Chicken Breasts
Exotic Pineapple Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 cup Garden Club Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Garden Club Pineapple Preserves
- 1/2 cup Garden Club Salad Dressing
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together and set aside. Follow directions on package for preparingFast Classics Flame Roasted Chicken Breasts. Slice chicken breasts into thin slices and arrange on a bed of lettuce. Spoon pineapple vinaigrette over and top with croutons.
