Roasted Red Potatoes on a Stick with Dipping Sauce

12 medium red skin potatoes
1/4 cup your favorite vinaigrette
1 cup Head Country BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp. Griffin’s Jalapeno Mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish sauce
Sturdy Bamboo or Wood Skewers
Wash and partially peel potatoes and then toss in vinaigrette. Roast potatoes on sheet pan in 350 degree oven, turning occasionally, until they can be pierced easily with a knife, approximately 45 minutes.
Insert sturdy skewer into potato to form handle. To make dipping sauce, stir together BBQ sauce, mustard and horseradish sauce. Enjoy!
