Red Wine Braised Beef Filets

- 1 C Made in Oklahoma Red Wine
- ½ red onion
- 2 T brown sugar
- 4 Chef’s Requested Beef Tenderloin Filets
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine red wine, onion and brown sugar in small bowl. Salt and pepper the fillets and add to large skillet along with the other ingredients and heat over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until wine is reduced to a syrup and the filet is cooked to your liking.
