Pork Loin Chops with Blue Cheese
An Original Recipe by Chef Kurt Fleischfresser
- 4 Chef’s Requested frozen boneless pork loin chops
- 1/3 cup Hiland Sour Cream
- ½ cup blue cheese
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp. Hiland Buttermilk
- pinch of parsley
Instructions
Grill frozen pork loin chops according to directions. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, blue cheese, breadcrumbs and buttermilk. Spread mixture over the grilled chops, and bake for 5-10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve immediately and garnish with parsley.
