• 1⁄2 cup Hiland Unsalted Butter
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar (tightly packed)
• 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 8 oz. package of chocolate chips
• 1 cup Garden Club Peanut Butter
• 1⁄2 tsp. salt
• 1⁄2 tsp. baking Soda
• 1⁄2 tsp. Griffin's Vanilla Extract
• 1 1⁄2 C Shawnee Mills All Purpose Flour

Instructions

Mix the butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in the peanut butter, salt, baking soda and vanilla until blended. Add the flour,chocolate chips and chocolate mix only until incorporated (don’t over mix). Make the dough into approximately 2 ounce balls and bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
