Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast

- 4 Hoagie rolls
- ½ C Garden Club Grape Jam
- 2 eggs
- ½ C Hiland Half and Half
- 2 Tb of sugar
- 2 T cooking oil
- Unlimited amount of Abe’s Creations peanut butter syrup
Instructions
Slice top and bottom of bread completely off. Split open and fill with grape jelly.
Whisk together eggs, half and half and sugar. Dunk jelly filled bread in the egg mixture and coat evenly.
Fry on med-high heat in cooking oil on both sides. Cooking 2-3 minutes on each side.
Top with Abe’s Creations peanut butter syrup and serve to a hungry family!
