Oklahoma Beer Cheese Soup
An adapted recipe by Chef Kurt Fleishfresser
- 2-16 oz cans of Pinto Beans (undrained)
- 1 cup Head Country Garden Rich Salsa
- 1 cup of Choc Beer
- 8 oz of colby cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 8 oz Hiland Sour Cream Chive Dip
Instructions
Boil beans & salsa then add beer. Heat until just before boiling point and then add cubed cheese. Turn heat off and stir cheese until melted. Serve with a dollop of sour cream chive dip.
