Maple Pecan Butter
An Adapted Recipe by Kitchen Kimberley
- 1 stick Hiland butter, at room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup Griffin’s Original Syrup
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Beat butter in medium bowl until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add Griffin’s Syrup; beat until light and fluffy. Add pecans; beat again until blended. Place in an airtight container. Chill. Makes 1 cup. Bring to room temperature right before serving. Serve with Shawnee Mills Honey Bran Muffins, Buttermilk Biscuits, or your favorite breads or crackers.
Kitchen Kimberley’s Tips: These flavored butters are such a treat! They would make a lovely hostess gift, if you were going to someone else’s home for a holiday dinner. The hostess would surely feel special, and enjoy the treats for breakfast the next day!
