Oklahoma Style Roasted Pecans



2 large egg whites

4 tablespoons Head Country All-Purpose Championship Seasoning

4 tablespoons Griffin’s Organic Syrup

2 tablespoons Andrew’s Honey  

1 pound shelled pecan halves

2 tablespoons granulated sugar



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and cover with a thin coat of cooking spray.

 In a medium mixing bowl whisk the egg whites until lightly frothy.  Add the seasoning, syrup, and honey, and whisk until fully incorporated. Gently fold the pecan halves into the mixture. Spread coated pecans evenly on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the sugar over the nuts. Bake 12 minutes.  Remove from oven, and gently stir with a nonstick spatula.  Bake an additional 12 minutes. 

Allow the mix to completely cool and store in covered container.





Pumpkin Spice Brownies


½ cup Southern Okie Gourmet Pumpkin Spread

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 egg


2 (8-ounce) packages Shawnee Mills Rich Fudge Brownie Mix

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons Dairy Pure whole milk

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees (or 325 degrees for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan.

In a small bowl, beat all filling ingredients with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds and medium speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.

Make brownie batter by mixing both brownie mix packages, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs by hand until thoroughly mixed and incorporated. Spread ¾ of brownie batter in pan. Spoon pumpkin filling over batter. Spoon remaining brownie batter over filling. Cut through the batter, swirling filling into the batter for a marbled design.

Bake 40 minutes or until the toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool, then cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.





Beef Jerky Cheese Roll       



3 (1-ounce) No Man’s Land Beef Jerky, mild beef stick, chopped finely

2 packages cream cheese, softened  

½ teaspoon granulated garlic

1 teaspoon Daddy Hinkle’s, Original Seasoning and rub

6 green onions, thinly sliced



Cut the beef sticks into small chunks, then pulse in a food processor a few times to further chop. Add cream cheese, garlic and Daddy Hinkle’s, and pulse until smooth.    

Place this mixture onto a surface lined with plastic wrap. Form into a long log about 2 inches in diameter. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour, then roll back and forth until it's about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in the green onion slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice into thin slices or serve as a log.
