Luscious Lemon Fruit Dip
An Original Recipe by Kitchen Kimberley
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
- 1 container (8 oz.) Hiland Lemon yogurt
- ½ pint Hiland heavy whipping cream, whipped
Garnish: Lemon peel, sliced fruit, if desired
Instructions
In a bowl, blend marshmallow cream with lemon yogurt. Fold in whipped cream. Garnish with fresh lemon peel, if desired. Serve with fresh apple slices, pineapple chunks, strawberries and cantaloupe.
