Grilled 100 Calorie Steak with Apricot Jalapeno BBQ Sauce

4 pkg. Chef’s Requested 100 Calorie Flat Iron Grill Steaks
2 cup Iron Star BBQ Sauce
1 cup Garden Club Apricot Preserves
1 large jalapeno pepper
Carefully chop jalapeno peppers. In sauce pan, stir together BBQ sauce and apricot preserves. Heat over medium heat until smooth and combined. Add jalapeno peppers.
Grill steaks to desired doneness over medium-hot coals or gas grill. Serve steaks topped with BBQ sauce
