Frittata
An Original Recipe by Chef Kurt Fleischfresser
- ½ pound JC Potter Sage Flavored Sausage – browned
- ½ cup each diced red pepper and onion
- ½ cup Braum’s shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Sauté red pepper and onion in olive oil. Add the browned sausage. Whisk the eggs, and add to the sausage, pepper and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet and top with the cheese. Bake in a 350 oven until set, and serve immediately.
