Frittata

An Original Recipe by Chef Kurt Fleischfresser
  • ½ pound JC Potter sage flavored sausage – browned
  • ½ cup each diced red pepper and onion
  • ½ cup shredded Braum’s cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Sauté red pepper and onion in olive oil.  Add the browned sausage.  Whisk the eggs, and add to the sausage, pepper and onion mixture.  Transfer to a greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet and top with the cheese.  Bake in a 350 oven until set, and serve immediately.
