Fried Catfish Sandwich
An Original Recipe by Kurt Fleischfresser
- 2 catfish fillets
- 2 cups Shawnee Mills Self-Rising Flour
- Braum’s hamburger buns
- Head Country Barbeque sauce
- red onion slices
Instructions
Dredge catfish filets in the flour and fry in a generous amount of oil until golden brown. Place them in grilled hamburger buns. Add some barbeque sauce and a slice of red onion and you have a couple of great sandwiches.
