Fried Catfish Sandwich
An Original Recipe by Kurt Fleischfresser
- 2 Catfish fillets
- 2 cups Shawnee Mills self rising flour
- Coca-Cola
- Braum’s hamburger buns
- Elmer's Barbeque sauce
- Red onion slices
Instructions
Dredge catfish filets in the Shawnee Mills self rising flour and fry in a generous amount of oil until golden brown. Place them in grilled hamburger buns from Braums. Add some Elmer's barbeque sauce and a slice of red onion and you have a couple of great sandwiches. Wash down with a cold glass of Coca-Cola.
