French Pork Rack

  • 8 Bone Rack of Pork (remove meat from bone or ask butcher to French cut)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Sear on all sides in hot skillet. Finish in 325 degree oven for additional 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, add peach glaze and slice.

Peach Glaze

  • 1 C 100% Redland Grape Juice
  • 1 C Garden Club Peach Preserves

Instructions

Bring to boil and reduce to ½ of the original volume.
