Fast Fixin' Beef Tortilla Soup

- 3 T olive oil
- 1 pkg. Fast Fixin’ Philly Beef Steak
- 8 corn tortillas, sliced
- ½ jar Ironhead Salsa
- ¼ C Oklahoma White Wine
- 2 C water
- ½ C shredded mexican style cheese
Instructions
Sauté the Fast Fixin’ Philly Beef Steak and tortillas in a heavy pot until they start to brown. Add the rest of the ingredients except cheese in large skillet. Cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes and simmer for 10 additional minutes. Garnish with shredded mexican style cheese. If you like spicy add the half of the Ironhead Salsa HOT, it gives a great kick to the soup.
