  • 1/3 cup Garden Club Salad Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Hiland Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Daddy Hinkle’s Cumin and Oregano Sea Salt Blend
  • 1 (16oz) can whole kernel corn, well drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. minced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped sweet red onion
  • ¼ tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ cup finely diced Bar-S Extra Lean Hickory Ham Slices
  • 8 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions

In a small bowl stir together first three ingredients. In a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Gently stir in first mixture. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or raw vegetables for dipping. Serves 6.
