Daddy's Firewheel Garden Dip

- 1/3 c. Garden Club Salad Dressing
- 1/3 c. Hiland Sour Cream
- 1 t. Daddy Hinkle’s Cumin and Oregano Sea Salt Blend
- 1 (16oz) can whole kernel corn, well drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 T. minced green bell pepper
- ¼ c. finely chopped sweet red onion
- ¼ t. minced garlic
- ½ c. finely diced Bar-S Extra Lean Hickory Ham Slices
- 8oz. shredded Pure Prairie Creamery Firewheel Pepper Jack Goat Cheese
Instructions
In a small bowl stir together first three ingredients. In a large bowl toss together remaining ingredients. Gently stir in first mixture. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or raw vegetables for dipping. Serves 6.
