An Original Recipe by Kitchen Kimberley

- ½ pkg. (2 tbsp.) Original Chili Bowl Seasoning Mix
- 1 c. Braum’s shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ c. finely chopped parsley
Instructions
Note: A food processor works best for preparation of this recipe, but a stand mixer, or hand mixer could also be used.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese with chili seasoning mix. Add shredded cheese and mix well. Transfer mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap; mold and wrap in a round ball-shape. Transfer to a plastic bag, and chill for about 1 hour, or until firm. Roll cheese ball in chopped parsley; serve immediately with your favorite crackers or corn chips. Enjoy!
Kitchen Kimberley’s Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled, for 2 Chili Cheese Balls. Serve one now, and freeze one to enjoy later!
