Chardonnay Mushrooms
An Adapted Recipe by Kitchen Kimberley
Ready to enjoy in 15 minutes!
- ½ C (1 stick) Hiland Butter, sliced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 12 oz. JM Farms portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 12 oz. JM Farms crimini or button mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup any chardonnay
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced shallots and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, and sauté for 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and add wine; cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
Yield: 8 side dish servings
