Caramel Praline Ice Cream Pie
- 1 Field’s Pecan Pie, thawed
- 1 quart (4 cups) Hiland Caramel Praline Pecan Ice Cream
- 10 caramel pecan shortbread cookies (Sandies Swirl brand), broken into small pieces
- Braum’s Caramel Topping
Instructions
Remove thawed Field’s Pecan Pie from box. With spoon, remove pecan pie filling from the crust. Spoon ice cream, pecan filling, and broken shortbread cookies, in layers, back into the pie crust. Drizzle caramel topping over top of pie. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve. It is best to remove pie from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
Makes one large ice cream pie – 8 servings.
