BUY FOR LE$$ HISTORY
After working most of his
life in the food and grocery business in Michigan, Hank Binkowski moved to
Oklahoma in 1986 to work for a five-store grocery chain. He made the
decision to enter the Oklahoma
grocery world as a store owner in February of 1988. He purchased the BUY FOR
LE$$ store at Penn and Hefner; redefined its pricing and marketing image. By
2003 we had expanded to 9 stores. In 2005 BUY FOR LE$$ piloted its
first Hispanic format store to cater to the growing Hispanic population in the
metro area.
BUY FOR LE$$ TODAY
As of March of 2009, BUY FOR LE$$ has 12 stores throughout the Oklahoma City metro area employing over 600 people. We pride ourselves on keeping prices low, maintaining the highest quality perishables and providing a large variety of international items.
