Bone-In Roast with Horseradish Sauce

  • 8-10 pound Bone-in Rib Roast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Roast in 350 degree oven for approximately 2 hours. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with Horseradish Sauce.

Horseradish Sauce

  • 8 oz. Hiland Sour Cream
  • 1 T Garden Club Mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
