BBQ Sandwich
An Original Recipe by Kurt Fleischfresser
- 9 oz. Head Country Barbeque Sauce
- 1 lb. cooked beef pot roast
- 1 pkg. Farm Fresh Buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
- J-M Farms Portobello Mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
Shred meat and add barbeque sauce. Grill bun. For a unique twist, add some coleslaw and add a sautéed slice or two of Portobello mushrooms from J-M Farms. Serve with beans or chips and you will have a fast, interesting meal with an Oklahoma flare.
