Bar-S Stuffed Ham Sandwich
An Original Recipe by Chef Kurt Fleischfresser
- 1 pkg. of Bar S Thin Sliced Ham lunchmeat
- 6 radishes chopped
- 1 bundle of green onions chopped finely
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ t hot sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. of hoagie wheat rolls
- Griffin’s Mustard to taste
Instructions
Chop radishes and green onions finely and set aside. Soften cream cheese and combine radishes, green onions, hot sauce and black pepper. Take slice of Bar-S Ham and lie out flat and put 2T of ingredients above in the middle of the slice of ham. Roll up the ham carefully not to allow any cream cheese mix to fall out the sides. Once you have rolled several of the stuffed ham slices place neatly on hoagie wheat roll and top off with Griffin’s mustard!
