Bar S Party Appetizers

  • Bar-S Smoked Sausage
  • 1 T olive oil
  • collard greens

Instructions

Slice and braise smoked sausage in olive oil and small amount of water. Wrap collard green around sausage bites and secure with a toothpick.

  • Bar-S Bologna
  • 6 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of scallions – finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

Cream together the cream cheese, scallions, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Spread between 4 slices of bologna and slice.
